Account and authority
Customers are responsible for accurate account information, authorized platform connections, member access, business restrictions, and instructions supplied to TopRankPilot.
Only an authorized organization representative may enable autonomous website or advertising work.
Service and payment
Starter and Pro are designed as prepaid 30-day access products until a verified recurring billing contract is available. Advertising charges are separate and are settled by the connected advertising provider.
Service availability may depend on provider APIs, permissions, quotas, reviews, and account standing outside TopRankPilot's control.
Suspension and termination
TopRankPilot may pause execution to protect accounts, funds, infrastructure, connected providers, or third parties. Ending access does not erase amounts already owed to an advertising provider.
