Hard spending authority
Advertising execution requires an active Budget Envelope with total, daily, channel, account, and any configured campaign limits. TopRankPilot must deny work that would exceed a current hard limit.
Allocation and settlement
Within an active envelope and policy, the agent may allocate or reallocate advertising budget. The advertising provider charges the customer's provider account, not a TopRankPilot credit balance.
Pause and reconciliation
Customers may pause authority. Provider state and observed spend can take time to reconcile, so customers remain responsible for reviewing connected-provider billing and promptly reporting discrepancies.
