TopRankPilot may process account identity, organization details, connected-platform records, website and catalog data, marketing performance, conversion events, support records, and security telemetry needed to provide the service.
Credential material must be encrypted and access-scoped. TopRankPilot should store only what is needed to operate, verify, reconcile, secure, and support the service.
Purposes and controls
Data is used to authenticate users, build the Business Profile, operate authorized marketing work, enforce policies and budgets, attribute outcomes, deliver reports, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Consent metadata and regional requirements govern optional tracking and provider forwarding. Customers must not send prohibited personal or sensitive data through tracking fields.
Retention and rights
Configured retention schedules determine how long operational, financial, security, and conversion records remain available. Account export, correction, restriction, and deletion requests are handled through authenticated workflows where law permits.
